Prof. Willem van Ede, MD, PhD – Professor at the Department of Infectious Diseases & Immunology of the University of Utrecht, NL. His research interest is in the area of vaccines, infectious diseases and chronic inflammation.

Prof. Peter Openshaw, FMedSci, PhD, FRCP – Professor of Experimental Medicine and an Honorary Physician in the Department of Respiratory Medicine at the St Mary's Campus of the Imperial College NHS Trust. Peter Openshaw is also the Director of the Centre for Respiratory Infection (CRI) at the National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College London. His research is on the immunology of the lung, viral lung disease, vaccination and immunopathogenesis of viral disease.
